Compositions
Chris’s compositions are purposefully light-hearted, sarcastic, and fleeting. While classically trained, his is highly influenced by other genres of music including jazz, folk and world music, especially East African music. His works are highly rhythmic in a way that maintains momentum in listeners, creating prolonged grooves or ostinati that keep listeners in a trance.
